Ingredients
50 ml Drylaw gin
20 ml chamomile & elderflower cordial
Ice cubes
Lavender oil (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 50 ml of Drylaw Gin Moscatel into a shaker. This organic gin, made from Muscat grapes, lays the aromatic foundation of the cocktail.
Step 2
Add 20 ml of the chamomile and elderflower cordial. It enhances the floral and fruity notes of the gin, creating a delicate balance.
Step 3
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously to chill and integrate the flavours.
Step 4
Double strain into a chilled coupé glass for a smooth, elegant presentation.
Step 5
Finish with a few drops of lavender oil. Its aromatic lift adds a final touch of sophistication.
