- 50 ml Drylaw Organic Muscatel Vodka
- 50 ml orange liqueur
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- Cardamom honey syrup
- Beetroot foam
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all but the foam in a shaker with ice.
Step 2
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe
glass.
Step 3
Garnish with beetroot foam.
