Welcome to Drylaw.eco. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before purchasing any products from our website. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. General
1.1 These Terms of Sale apply to all sales of products on Drylaw.eco.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
2. Orders
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Inaccuracies may result in delays or non-delivery.
2.3 By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you will be responsible for the costs associated with fulfilling the order and any return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or damaged products.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2 We accept payment by debit card, credit card. For bespoke quotes, such as orders above 6 bottles, we also accept bank transfers. To arrange this, please contact us at hello@drylaw.eco. Such orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify the price before confirming the order. Receipt of payment is required before dispatching any products.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We offer two dispatch options: standard dispatch and express dispatch.
4.1.1 Standard Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within 15 business days.
4.1.2 Express Dispatch: If you select the express delivery option, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day. This option includes the cost of expedited delivery and dispatch. By selecting express dispatch, you agree to pay the additional costs associated with this service.
4.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except in the case of defective products.
4.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 We comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, providing a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
5.2 To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at hello@drylaw.eco with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
5.3 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
5.4 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds can be processed only to the same payment method provided during purchase.
5.5 Non-returnable items include bespoke editions of our products, bottles with the closure unsealed and/or if they were purchased via third party sellers.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
6.1 If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at hello@drylaw.eco. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with photographic evidence or other relevant evidence of the defect or damage.
6.2 We may request additional evidence to assess the problem, such as pictures of the damaged parcel or the issue with the product.
6.3 Upon confirmation of the defect or damage, we will provide a replacement or, at our discretion, a refund. We reserve the right to ship a replacement product in case of breakages instead of offering a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Our liability for any claim related to the purchase of products through our website is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or any breach of these Terms of Sale.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Sale shall be resolved in the courts of the UK.
