How is Drylaw made?

At the heart of Drylaw’s unique offering is Organic Grape Spirit Ltd, a distillery that crafts its own alcohol from organic fermentable juices or must, yeast and its derivates and water. Our meticulous approach, using continuous cold distillation under vacuum (~25°C), preserves the essence of our spirits while minimizing energy consumption and waste. This method ensures fresh, ephemeral aromas that traditional high-temperature distillation can't match, setting new sustainability standards in the industry.

Is Drylaw vegan / gluten-free / sulfite-free?

Drylaw products are proudly vegan and gluten-free.

While we do not add any sulfur or other preservatives during our production process, our wine base naturally contains a minimal amount of sulfites due to fermentation. In our 2023 vintage of Muscatel Vodka/Gin and Chardonnay Vodka/Gin, sulfite levels are below 5 ppm of SO2.

How do I drink Drylaw?

    Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

    How long will my order take to reach me?

    For delivery within the UK, we are shipping within 48 hours of receiving an order. Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 working days of leaving our warehouse of which you will be notified via the dispatch confirmation email.

    How can I track my order?

    You will be sent an email and/or SMS with delivery information from our fulfilment partners at the time of shipping. This notification will include shipment tracking information.

    What is the delivery process?

    Please be advised, that under the courier terms and conditions, the carrier does not inspect the consignment at any point before or during transit. This means that it is up to the customer to ensure that someone who is over 18 is available to receive the parcel and the condition of the contents are checked upon receipt. 

    If you are not at home when the product is delivered or no one is available at your address to take delivery, the courier will provide instructions for re-delivery to you. If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery, the costs associated with such failed delivery have to be borne by you.

      3.1 All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

      3.2 We accept payment by debit card, credit card. For bespoke quotes, such as orders above 6 bottles, we also accept bank transfers.       4. Shipping and Delivery

      4.1 We offer two dispatch options: standard dispatch and express dispatch.

      4.1.1 Standard Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within 15 business days.

      4.1.2 Express Dispatch: If you select the express delivery option, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day. This option includes the cost of expedited delivery and dispatch. By selecting express dispatch, you agree to pay the additional costs associated with this service.

      4.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except in the case of defective products.

      4.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

      5. Returns and Refunds

      5.1 We comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, providing a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

      5.2 To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

      5.3 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

      5.4 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds can be processed only to the same payment method provided during purchase. 

      5.5 Non-returnable items include bespoke editions of our products, bottles with the closure unsealed and/or if they were purchased via third party sellers.

      6. Defective or Damaged Products

      6.2 We may request additional evidence to assess the problem, such as pictures of the damaged parcel or the issue with the product.

      6.3 Upon confirmation of the defect or damage, we will provide a replacement or, at our discretion, a refund. We reserve the right to ship a replacement product in case of breakages instead of offering a refund.

      7.1 Our liability for any claim related to the purchase of products through our website is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

      7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or any breach of these Terms of Sale.
