The essence
Led by cold-extracted botanicals, citrus, lychee and apricot dance above floral notes of tropical fruit, melon and banana. The result? A mysterious rogue, imbued with fragrant leaf and fruits of vine. Familiar strangers united, for a spirit rooted in history yet entirely of its time. 80% Muscat & 20% Tempranillo base. Awakened via interactions with select saccharomyces and non-saccharomyces yeast strains during fermentation. Concentrated via low-temperature distillation. Infused with cold-extracted botanicals for aromatic complexity.
Every bottle, perfectly imperfect.
Based on Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man (circa 1490), our bottle design references the aesthetically pleasing Golden Ratio of 1.618 to 1. Because we make them from 90%+ recycled glass, they’re never quite perfect. Lucky for us, beauty is subjective.

Our signature gin cocktail
Drylaw Negroni
Embark on an aperitivo adventure with Drylaw's Negroni, where gin & aperitif harmonize in perfect balance.
Ingredients
30 ml Drylaw gin
60 ml aperitif or Martini fiero
Orange twist garnish
Ice cube
Instructions
Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice, ensuring the glass is well-chilled. This sets the stage for a balanced cocktail.
Pour 30 ml of Drylaw gin into the glass. Our gin is the key player in this aperitivo adventure.
Add 60 ml of aperitif or Martini Fiero for a harmonious blend of flavors. The aperitif introduces the sweet and bitter elements, creating a complex profile.
Stir the cocktail gently with a stirring rod or spoon. This allows the flavors to meld without over-dilution and ensures a well-balanced Negroni.
Garnish the Negroni with a twist of orange peel. To do this, gently squeeze the peel over the glass to release the oils, then rub the peel around the rim for an aromatic and flavorful touch.
